Jeet Kune Do is a martial art developed by Bruce Lee (TM) .
It was his personal expression of the martial arts through intense research and development. Formless, adaptive and fitting in to your opponent. A
combative science so effective that its fighting strategies
has lost none of it's effectiveness over time. The key
principles include economy of motion, longest weapon
to the nearest target, minimizing passive movements,
always think of hitting.
ABOUT TED WONG
Ted Wong is one of the most sought out and respected source of
Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do (TM) . It was in 1967, LA California that Mr.
Wong first met Bruce Lee. He first started training at the Jun Fan Gung Fu
(TM) Institute in Los Angeles and soon after became great friends with
Bruce Lee (TM) . Mr. Wong was then taken as a private student. They
trained together from 1967 to 1973. Today, Mr. Wong is a board member of
the Bruce Lee Foundation (TM) and continue teaching Jeet Kune Do in
seminars across the world.
